We, at GeekyAnts have been working on Vue Native for quite some time now, and it’s safe to say that we have received quite a positive response from the community. What started as another one of our experiments, is now in full gear, and has attracted over 5k stars on github..
That being said, it gives us utmost pleasure to introduce to you the Vue Native Marketplace, the one-stop shop for products for Android and iOS mobile phones, exclusively made in Vue Native.
Diving into a little bit of its history, VueJS was developed as an open-source Javascript library to develop User Interfaces. As in its current state, it turned out to be quite a performant library and became the primary choice for developing UI for web and browsers, attracting a staggering 117k stars on GitHub. It came as a massive surprise to us that it DID NOT support mobile application development.
That’s where we stepped in. We came up with an idea to use the versatility of it as a library and redirect it into mobile applications and UI creation for them. We named our brainchild, Vue Native. As a showcase, we have recreated some of our starter kits created in other technologies that we major in, such as React Native, in Vue Native and hosted it onto the very newly launched Vue Native Marketplace for the community to have an idea towards what Vue Native can achieve in the mobile world. These products are created strictly in Vue Native and use every important concept that goes into building a fully functional, good looking mobile application.
Presently, the products available for purchase in the marketplace are UI Starter Kits. Complete applications with backend will also be available soon.
